I'm building my own internal agentic architecture studio for our business. It targets our painpoints, connects our workflows, and it's the framework for where I see this all heading. It lets us scale without blowing our overheads. We're moving into a new way of working, but human creativity stays at the heart of it. AI takes the admin and the process. Humans keep the brand, style, taste, the bits that stop this turning into more AI slop. Agents delegating to agents will run the office backend: sorting, collating, compiling, synthesising, remembering every project and every operation. Connected to our tools and apps so they've always got the context. AI is the ultimate unlock to do more of what we enjoy doing.
